Educational Background:
Post high school education includes completion of various designations through the American College of Financial Services, Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania

Mr. Hansen is a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®). This designation is issued by the American College. Candidates must meet the following prerequisites: 1) Three years of full-time business experience immediately preceding the date of use of the designation (an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited educational institution may be used as the equivalent of one year of business experience)and 2) must complete a course of study (or an accepted equivalent) covering 7 core and 2 elective financial planning topics, including such areas as:

• Financial Planning Process and Environment
• Fundamentals of Estate Planning
• Fundamentals of Insurance Planning
• Financial Planning Applications
• Income Taxation
• Planning for Retirement Needs
• Investments

Each of the nine courses requires 50 hours or more of study time, and ChFC® certificants must pass a final proctored examination for each course. In addition, ChFC® certificants must take the Professional Ethics Pledge and meet the Professional Achievement in Continuing Education (PACE) Recertification Program Requirements, which include 30 hours of Continuing Education (CE) every two years.

Mr. Hansen is a Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®). This designation is issued by the American College. • Financial Statements and Business Valuation Analysis
• Business Succession Planning I and II
• Charitable Strategies
• Executive Compensation
• Planning for Impact in the context of family wealth

Each of the courses requires 50 hours or more of study time, and AEP® certificants must pass a final proctored examination for each course. Mr. Hansen holds the following registrations and licenses:

Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination (Series 65) - This registration qualifies individuals as investment adviser representatives.

Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Limited Representative (Series 6) - This registration qualifies an individual for the solicitation, purchase, and/or sale of redeemable securities of companies registered pursuant to the Investment Company Act of 1940; securities of closed-end companies registered pursuant to the Investment Company Act of 1940 during the period of original distribution only; and variable contracts and insurance premium funding programs and other contracts issued by an insurance company.

General Securities Representative (Series 7) - This registration qualifies an individual for the solicitation, purchase, and/or sale of all securities products, including corporate securities, municipal securities, municipal fund securities, options, direct participation programs, investment company products, and variable contracts.

General Securities Principal (Series 24) - This registration qualifies individuals required to register as general securities principals in order to manage or supervise the member's investment banking or securities business for corporate securities, direct participation programs, and investment company products/variable contracts.

Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination (Series 63) - This registration covers the principles of state securities regulation reflected in the Uniform Securities Act.

Mr. Hansen is the owner of Creative Wealth Strategies in Champlin, Minnesota, which offers advice and insurance products to clients. Creative Wealth Strategies is not a subsidiary of or affiliated with Workman Securities Corporation.

Mr. Hansen manages portfolio assets through the use of Modern Portfolio Theory, designs and implements 401(k) and profit sharing plans via Union Bank and Trust, helps clients create effective income and estate plans, designs insurance acquisition and or disposition, helps people determine will and trust design, develops corporate and estate succession plans, has education and expertise in philanthropic planning as well as executive compensation and risk management. Mr Hansen provides fiduciary services for trust companies, profit sharing plans, and charitable entities. Since 1995 MR Hansen has consistently continued his education and widened his experience

Brook is also a member of the National Association of Estate Planners and Counsels.
